About stadium information in professional league and normal league.
By Anonymous Tribesoft, a full service marketing solutions agency, was retained to create all the stadium proposal's key elements via unique applications of branding, technology, information design and packaging.
Tribesoft developed a self-running, interactive CD-ROM to support the message of the stadium proposal. This engaging presentation fully articulates the key points of the project's opportunities and the positive effects the undertaking could have on a community that was interested in participating in the formal response.
The stadium's official Request For Proposal (RFP) was distributed via a custom-built microsite executed by Tribesoft. The RFP was delivered in this unique manner to eliminate the need for reproducing the vast amounts of printed material normally associated with sport facility proposals and to increase the pass on frequency of the presentation among civic leaders. The proposal and RFP microsite interactive CD-ROM were delivered via mail, in custom packaging designed by Tribesoft's creative staff to entice and draw the attention of busy community officials. Mesirow Stein and Newcastle Limited provided the contents for the proposal and RFP.
"Working on the Chicago Fire's stadium proposal with Mesirow Stein and Newcastle Limited was extremely rewarding for us," said Tony Passero, Chief Executive Officer of Tribesoft. "The Chicago Fire is a winning team, backed by an outstanding and very forward-thinking front office. Any community that elects to partner with them will do so because they can clearly see the many benefits a soccer-specific stadium can have in their area and we're proud to assist in getting that message out."
The Chicago Fire is looking for a minimum 10-acre site for the stadium itself along with as much as 40 acres for parking, depending on the location and any existing parking. The organization is seeking to partner with a community willing to build a 20,000-25,000 seat, soccer-specific stadium that would primarily serve as the home to the area's Major League Soccer franchise as well as other community soccer events. The model the Chicago Fire envisions for the economic plan is Frisco, TX, a Dallas suburb that has agreed to an ambitious plan to build a soccer complex with one stadium and 17 other soccer fields to serve as the home for the Dallas Burn of Major League Soccer and other community soccer events.
Currently the Chicago Fire plays its games at North Central College's Cardinal Stadium in Naperville but is planning to move back to Soldier Field for late-season games in October.
